A friendly logo depicts a new environmental education center. The magnifying glass over the "E" is emphasized to encourage exploration and discovery of the many natural resources in the area. The "E" Icons would be used in print material and signage.

Logos and Icons
The following two logos were originally chosen as finals to represent the new environmental center in all aspects of branding. The magnifying glass is depicted to express and encourage exploration, discovery and taking a closer look at our natural environment. The idea for the E-Icons ties in with the "E" of ExplorEum and to be used as an identifying element in various aspects relating to the nature exhibits. As will be seen in the next group, the name, logo and icons all changed. This new set of identity is what will be ultimately utilized at the center.
